The cooking classes
The cookery classes with the chef Jean Sulpice
Chef Jean Sulpice gives lessons in summer and winter for all those who wish to learn all about the secrets of the haute cuisine served at the Oxalys.
After the classes the students sample their dishes accompanied by the Chef and Magali, who puts her knowledge of wines to good use to select the right wines to go with them. These lessons are in groups of 8 people and can be booked at the restaurant or via the booking centre.
Brunch / Dinner aperitif classes
Preparation of 5 dishes followed by tasting with a glass of champagne or a coffee.
From 3.30pm to 5.30pm on Wednesdays and Sundays in the summer; Sundays only in winter.
60 euros for students and 35 euros for companions (tasting without attending the lesson).
Gastronomic classes:
Preparation of a starter, main dish and dessert in the kitchen, followed by tasting in the restaurant accompanied by 3 glasses of wine and a coffee.
From 9am to midday every Saturday, in the summer only
80 euros for students and 58 euros for companions (tasting without attending the lesson).
