Yes, pets (dogs and cats only) are allowed up to one per flat, suite or room.

The hirer shall take all measures to ensure the safety of his neighbours and third parties, their peaceful enjoyment, and the cleanliness of the rented flat, suite or room, the common areas and the surroundings of the building or the flat, suite or room.

Pets are not allowed in our facilities without their owners and must be kept on a leash.

In accordance with hygiene rules, no animals (except guide dogs) will be accepted in the bar and restaurant of the establishments concerned. The presence of an animal must be reported.

A fixed price (excluding food or any other service intended for the animal) per animal must be paid at the time of booking. If the accommodation is left very dirty after the passage of an animal, a fixed price of 80€ will be charged in addition.

In summer, bike racks are available in our car parks or in front of our residences. However, it is your responsibility to ensure their security and to bring your own lock.

Yes, short stays are possible in hotels for a minimum of 2 nights on a self-catering basis. In flats, short stays can be booked at the last minute from 7 days before the arrival date, depending on availability.

Our flat residence stays are from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.

For short stays, they will be in hotels where we accept stays for a minimum of 2 nights free arrival.

Yes, they are mandatory and included in the price of the hotel suite reservation.

Breakfast in the flat is optional and subject to availability.

Yes, while stocks last.

There is no minimum age for access to our relaxation areas but children must be supervised by an adult. However, we do not recommend that children under the age of 12 use the sauna, steam room and hot tub.

It is best to book certain services such as parking spaces, ski equipment etc. as stocks are limited.

Moreover, by pre-booking you can sometimes benefit from advantages, under certain conditions, on certain services.

The WIFI speed provided in the flats, suites or rooms is not for professional use, but for private use, and limited to 1 computer per flat, suite or room.

We cannot guarantee a constant speed and connection due to the technical context of your stay.

Yes, we have the " Family+ " label, we lend cots and baby chairs on request and free of charge, while stocks last.

Please let us know as soon as possible when you make your reservation.

No, it is not possible to add an extra bed in the rooms or flats (except for baby beds).

All our establishments are in the immediate vicinity (less than 50m) of the ski slopes, however only Le Taos, Ynycio Soleil 2, Le Hameau du Kashmir and L'Oxalys are ski in ski out.

Half board in our hotel Le Hameau du Kashmir includes breakfast and dinner in a single menu: starter + main course + dessert.

The Beef & Lobster, restaurant at Hameau du Kashmir in Val Thorens is only open in winter, every day from 10am to 11pm. For reservations, you can contact them on +33 (0)4 79 09 50 21.

We are committed to accompanying you so that you can book with confidence and prepare your stay with peace of mind. To help you organise your stay with peace of mind, we undertake to reimburse you in the event of :

- Closure of one of our establishments for the dates of your stay (if this closure occurs during your stay, the unused nights will be refunded).

- Closure of the resort at the time of your stay (if this closure occurs during your stay, you will be reimbursed for the nights and services not consumed).

- Closure of all the ski lifts at the time of your stay (if this closure occurs during your stay, you will be reimbursed for the nights and services not used).

- Closure of the borders of your country and/or France on the dates of your stay

- If quarantine or confinement is imposed on you. (If quarantine is imposed in your country during your stay and you have to leave our establishment, the unused nights will be refunded).

- If a participant contracts COVID19, your stay can be covered by our cancellation insurance (amount corresponding to 4% of your stay).

These conditions apply to any cancellation of your stay for the reasons described above and occurring up to the day before your arrival in our establishments.

My reservation

You can book online by going to www.montagnettes.com and indicating the dates of stay, destination, number of persons etc. When you select a flat or a room, you will be shown a description of the accommodation, a price including tax for the rental, the services associated with the stay, their price including tax, the optional cancellation insurance and its cost.

You are then invited to read and accept these special conditions by ticking the box provided. The booking fee is 25 € per booking for the first 4 bookings for individual clients only, from the 5th booking onwards, the booking fee is free.

You can also make a reservation by sending an email to infos@montagnettes.com or +33 4 79 10 49 15 and be accompanied by our account managers.

The full price of your reservation and any additional services are due 30 days before the start of your stay without any reminder from us.

If the deposit is paid by credit card, the client may, at the same time, make arrangements with our customer service representatives to authorise them to debit the balance with the same credit card, on the scheduled date, without any further formality on their part.

If you booked online, your balance will be automatically debited 30 days before your arrival.

If your balance is not debited automatically, you will receive a reminder email with a secure payment link.

The costs of bank transfers or rejections are at the expense of the reservee.

If the balance is not paid within 30 days of arrival, the reservation centre reserves the right to consider your reservation as cancelled and to apply the cancellation conditions set out below without any compensation or refund.

We accept payment by credit card (except American Express), bank transfer and holiday vouchers. Please note that we do not accept cheques or cash.

Once the option has been taken, the reservation will become firm and definitive:

- By the payment of a 25% deposit and the receipt in return of these special rental conditions, the rental contract duly signed by the client and a copy of his/her identity card, these formalities being considered as acceptance of the offer. The payment of the deposit automatically and de facto commits the client to the acceptance, without modification, of the general and special conditions of sale and cancellation.

- Reservations are accepted subject to availability and the reservation centre MONTAGNETTES reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is excessive or abusive.

- Booking fee: 25 € per booking for the first 4 bookings for individual clients only, from the 5th booking onwards, the booking fee is free,

- The booker remains our main contact, both for the reservation of the chosen services and for their payment. It is therefore advisable for the booker to make arrangements in advance to organise a single payment of deposit and balance, 30 days before arrival.

To cancel your stay, send an email to infos@montagnettes.com, our customer relations officers will proceed with the cancellation and send you a confirmation by return.

It is possible to make reservations for other travellers, but reservations are nominative. Once the deposit has been paid, it is not possible to change the person making the reservation.  

It is necessary to provide us with your name, first name, e-mail and postal address as well as your telephone number.

As far as the stay is concerned, we need to know the full names of the participants (and dates of birth for additional services), the desired dates of stay and the residence or ski resort in which you wish to stay.

When you book a stay in a chalet or premium flat, beds are made on arrival, towels are included, cleaning is done at the end of your stay (except for the kitchen area), and towels are changed in the middle of your stay.

When you book a flat with a fireplace, a bag of wood is provided (to be collected from reception at check-in).

In the event of a change to the stay :

- up to 30 days before the start of your stay, we retain a €25 fee (plus the amount of insurance taken out at the time of booking and which is non-refundable).

- between 30 and 21 days before your arrival, we keep 25€ of expenses and 50% of the total amount of your stay including additional services (packages, materials, catering...) (as well as the amount of the insurance taken out at the time of the reservation and which is not refundable).

- between 20 and 8 days before your arrival, we keep 25€ of expenses and 75% of the total amount of your stay including additional services (packages, equipment, catering...) (as well as the amount of the insurance which would have been subscribed at the time of the reservation and not refundable).

- between 7 days and the day of your arrival and if you do not show up at the place of your stay, we keep 25 € of expenses and 100% of the total amount of your stay including additional services (packages, materials, catering...) (as well as the amount of the insurance which would have been taken out at the time of the reservation and which is not refundable).

Yes, it is possible to add or remove participants free of charge.

The number of participants does not affect the accommodation price, only the taxes and catering will be adjusted.

Our account managers will add your preferences as a comment to your file, however we do not guarantee these.

If you had chosen the direct debit option when you booked online and this was not done, please contact our account managers so that they can agree with you another method of payment (payment by credit card over the phone, bank transfer, secure payment link).

If you have booked online, it is not necessary to send back the signed documents.

If you have not booked online, it is important to send back the signed documents to ensure that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

Before my stay

You will automatically receive your confirmation of stay by email as soon as you pay the deposit.

You will automatically receive your travel documents when you have paid the balance of your stay. 

On your sent option/confirmation of stay document, the file reference appears in the top left corner.

On arrival we ask for all your booking confirmations (accommodation, ski equipment, etc.), your identity papers and a bank card to pay the deposit.

You will receive the ski equipment guide with a form to be filled in and sent to us at infos@montagnettes.com.

You can benefit from 25% to 35% discount on your ski equipment and up to 20% on ski passes.

Yes, beds are made up on arrival in all our establishments in winter.

In summer, they are also made at L'Oxalys, at Hameau of Kashmir, at Taos and at Ynycio and sheets are provided at Hameau of the Sapinière.

Sheets and towels are provided.

They are changed in the middle of the stay in the premium flats and in the hotel.

The deposits are 650€ for the premium flats and 500€ for the chalet flats.

During my stay

If you are arriving outside of opening hours, we ask you to contact the reception of the establishment where you will be staying in advance to arrange the handover of the keys to your accommodation.

You can collect your ski passes (ordered through us) on arrival at the reception desk.

To collect your ski equipment, simply go to the partner ski shop during opening hours with your order form.

Its amount varies according to the resort from 0.99€ to 2.53€ per day and per person from 18 years old to be paid at the reception.

If you are leaving the accommodation outside of opening hours, you will be asked to contact the reception of the establishment where you have been staying in advance to arrange for your collection of the keys.

After my stay

The amount withheld as a deposit can be blocked on the customer's bank account.

The bank details will be destroyed within a maximum of 20 days, after checking the state of the flat.

This credit card imprint may be blocked on the client's account by his bank. The deposit will be deducted from any amount due to damage, dirty accommodation, missing objects, unpaid sums, unreturned keys (35 € charged as a lump sum in this case), penalties, damages, etc. owed by the tenant to the contracting company.

You can either phone the reception of the establishment you stayed in directly or send them an e-mail. If the item has been found, we will do our best to get it to you.

Loyalty programme

You are eligible for loyalty benefits from your 5th stay in one of our hotels.

A 5% loyalty discount is applied to the price of the accommodation and can be combined with the group's commercial offers.

Cancellation insurance

The insurance represents 4% of the total amount of the file and guarantees the reimbursement of all the services booked and paid for in advance in your file (subject to acceptance of your cancellation with regard to the conditions set out in the contract and the submission of the requested supporting documents).

With our partner Gritchen Affinity-Areas ("Assurlodge" policy) we offer additional cover for you and all persons accompanying persons in your accommodation in the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay for the following reasons

- Serious illness (including covid-19 contamination), serious injury, death, covid contact cases.

- Contraindication and continuation of vaccination.

- Lack or excess of snow (partial closure of at least 70% or total closure of the ski area located at an altitude of over 1200 metres)

- Employment (Cancellation or modification of the dates of your paid holidays or those of your de facto or de jure spouse imposed by your employer; Obtaining a job; Professional transfer; Redundancy or contractual termination)

- Late arrival of more than 24 hours

- Tenant's liability including liability for entrusted movable property

- Sports equipment: equipment rental in case of breakage or theft of personal equipment

- Assistance - repatriation including rescue on the track, search and rescue

- Summons to court, only in the following cases

- How do I contact the insurance company in the event of a claim?

If you subscribe to the " Carré Neige " insurance when you make your reservation or through a third party, you will be covered in case of :

- Skiing or snow sports accidents in the ski area including off-piste areas accessible from the ski lifts

- Accidents while sledding

- Illness during the stay

- Inability to move in case of a skiing or snow sports accident. "Carré Neige" will take you home.

You will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis for the days you did not ski.

If you take out cancellation insurance with us and one of the participants no longer comes or interrupts his or her stay, the accommodation and additional services that you have booked and paid for will be refunded as soon as you report this to the insurance company.

You will also be covered in case of illness (including COVID-19). Our insurance is complementary to the " Carré Neige " insurance.

To help you organise your stay with peace of mind, we undertake to reimburse you in the event of :

- Closure of one of our establishments for the dates of your stay (if this closure occurs during your stay, the unused nights will be refunded).

- Closure of the resort at the time of your stay (if this closure occurs during your stay, you will be reimbursed for the nights and services not consumed).

- Closure of all the ski lifts at the time of your stay (if this closure occurs during your stay, you will be reimbursed for the nights and services not used).

- Closure of the borders of your country and/or France on the dates of your stay

- If quarantine or confinement is imposed on you. (If quarantine is imposed in your country during your stay and you have to leave our establishment, the unused nights will be refunded).

These conditions apply to any cancellation of your stay for the reasons described above and occurring up to the day before your arrival in our establishments.

The cancellation insurance offered by us cannot be added after the option has been confirmed. You have 14 days after your booking to withdraw your cancellation insurance.
