The glacier of Tignes
The Grande Motte glacier is one of the emblematic places of the resort. It is the highest point of the Tignes - Val d'Isère ski area and stands at an altitude of 3 656 meters. Up there, you'll be amazed by its breathtaking panorama. The glacier is easily accessible in a few minutes via the funicular perce-Neige and the cable car.
