From the dining room and the terrace, the lake is right there, changing with the passing hours. Here, you settle in facing the water and take your time. The terrace frames the lake, the sky, and the mountains in the background. The menu follows the same philosophy: concise, rooted in the seasons, and crafted with local ingredients. There are few dishes, but each is prepared with precision and care.
