Before becoming a hotel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the Parc Victoria was a family home passed down through the generations. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the harbor, and the historic center, this century-old wooded park features a 19th-century Victorian villa housing hotel rooms, as well as several detached Basque houses converted into apartments, all set around an outdoor pool and a dining area that opens onto the garden.

Rooms for 2 to 4 people, offer a private retreat; the flats, for 2 to 6 people, feature spacious layouts ideal for families.

At the “ Parc Victoria,” dining is an integral part of the experience.
Located in the heart of the park, Jatera! celebrates authentic cuisine inspired by the Basque Country and the seasons. Open from late April through early November, the restaurant follows the rhythm of the warmer months: local produce, fresh catches from the port of Saint-Jean-de-Luz , and regional producers provide the ingredients for a menu that evolves naturally from spring through fall.
It’s the perfect spot to meet for lunch under the trees, share a dinner on the terrace, or extend a summer evening. A welcoming restaurant where the pleasure of the meal matters just as much as the setting in which it’s enjoyed.
