Four tables, four distinct styles, one common way of welcoming guests

At Montagnettes, each restaurant has its own identity, but they all share the same approach to hospitality: authentic cuisine, places where people enjoy getting together, and an equal focus on both the food and the shared experience.

The meals we share in our homes have something in common that’s hard to put into words at first glance. From Val Thorens to lac d'Annecy to Saint-Jean-de-Luz and even Chamonix, our restaurants draw inspiration from their surroundings, the seasons, and the local ingredients. Whether you’re just passing through or staying at one of our homes, every table tells a different story.

Cuisine inspired by each destination

At Montagnettes, our restaurants aren’t conceived as separate destinations. They are a natural extension of our homes. The same attention to the setting. The same care taken with the “ persons.” The same conviction that quality is felt first and foremost in the way we welcome our guests, even before it reaches their plates.

In the mountains, restaurants feature hearty cuisine—perfect after a day in the great outdoors. Along the banks of the lac d'Annecy, local ingredients and seasonal produce take center stage on the menu. On the Basque Coast, regional flavors blend with the warm, welcoming spirit of large, lively gatherings.

This diversity is what makes the Montagnettes restaurants so special, while they all share the same commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients, and the joy of dining.
