Winter Vacation in the MountainsThere are a thousand ways to experience the mountains in winter. It’s up to you to find the one that’s right for you, with Montagnettes
Six Places to Explore the Mountains This Winter
Whether they’re resorts or hotels, each of our mountain destinations has its own identity, atmosphere, and way of welcoming you. From apartments where you can gather with family or friends to hotel stays, they all share the same commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a desire to let you experience the mountains in your own way.
The joy of gathering around the table in the mountains
In the heart of the Hameau du Kashmir, “ La Table ” offers a gourmet break with a view of the peaks of Val Thorens. Skiers and visitors gather here in a setting that overlooks the mountains, enjoying both the great outdoors and the delights of la table.
During the day, the terrace by the ski slope invites you to linger in the sun while enjoying lunch with a view. In the evening, the atmosphere shifts to that of a refined brasserie, where Italian influences meet seasonal cuisine.
From high-altitude lunches to convivial dinners, La Table embodies a certain vision of the art of living at Val Thorens.
In Tignes Val-Claret, Bazurto blends the flavors of South America with the Alpine landscape. Conceived by Chef Juan Arbelaez, his cuisine showcases ceviche, empanadas, Argentine beef, and Latin American spirits, in a spirit of sharing and generosity.
Located in theYnycio, this restaurant proudly embraces a blend of styles. Latin energy meets the atmosphere of the mountains, creating a lively and relaxed dining experience where guests come as much for the food as for the pleasure of getting together.
In Chamonix, Lizzie’s restaurant reimagines the spirit of the French brasserie through a British lens. Rich wood paneling, Victorian touches, and subdued lighting come together to create a setting inspired by the Belle Époque, when English travelers came to discover the Alpine landscapes. It’s a place that evokes that era without ever being confined by it.
On the plate, French traditions meet British classics. Hearty pies, smoked fish, roasted meats, and English desserts are featured throughout the seasons. A cuisine full of character, bridging two cultures, to be savored in the heart of Chamonix.
