Tired of leaving crowded cities only to find yourself on even more crowded beaches? Tired of having to fight for a good spot on the beach to put your deckchair? This year, opt for the freshness and tranquillity of the mountains. We've come up with our top summer destinations: 3 mountain destinations (Tignes, Les Menuires and Val Thorens) and one lake destination.

1. Lake Annecy to recharge your batteries

The shores of Lake Annecy are the ideal place for a refreshing, relaxing vacation. The crystal-clear waters of the lake sparkle in the sunshine, inviting you to swim and enjoy water sports. The flower-filled shores welcome walkers and cyclists in a friendly atmosphere.

Our establishment, La Villa Caroline, is located around ten kilometers from the heart of Annecy, benefiting from a remarkable environment. Nestled between the lake and the mountains, it offers a peaceful, timeless getaway ideal for recharging your batteries. On site, enjoy our large private garden with plenty of deckchairs and direct access to the lake.

2. Tignes to cool off

Nestled at an altitude of 2000 meters, the lake of Tignes has become in a few years an unavoidable spot in Savoie in summer. Canoeing, kayaking, pedal-boating, standup paddle, acroland,... You can enjoy all the sensations in the magnificent turquoise water while admiring the summits. When the weather conditions allow it, it is even possible to put on skis in July or August on the Grande Motte glacier.

And that's not all: you can also play golf, take advantage of the bike park, go hiking, use the ski lifts to reach the summits effortlessly, swim in the Lagon pool or in the pools at our Tignes establishments : Le Taos and YNYCIO. So, what do you think?

3. Les Menuires for all the thrills

Les Menuires located at 1800 meters of altitude welcomes you every summer with a very large panel of activities.zip line, orientation course, access to the ski lifts for hiking or biking, glacier hiking, archery, biathlon, via ferrata,... the list of possible activities in Les Menuires during the summer allows you to opt for a sporty, family and fun vacation. You won't be bored.

The ski lifts are also open for gentle rides. If you stay at Hameau de la Sapinière, you will be close to the Croisette and all the activities. You can also enjoy our wellness area : jacuzzi, hammam and sauna.

For summer 2024, we've decided to spoil you by offering 3 half-day hikes with the Belleville guide bureau if you book a stay in Les Menuires or Val Thorens.

4. Val Thorens to ride in the 3 Valleys

It's the highest resort in Europe. At Val Thorens, you can live your vacations to the full. Winter and summer alike, the resort gives you access to the 3 Valleys ski area. For cycling enthusiasts, it's the ideal place to pedal while enjoying the view. There are no fewer than 21 mountain bike itineraries in the 3 Vallées. Stay at Hameau du Kashmir and take advantage of the hiking and mountain biking trails right next door to our residence.

In 2022, the bicycle path linking Val Thorens to the Tougnète pass was inaugurated. This track is as well accessible for families on electric bikes as for experienced sportsmen. The panorama is breathtaking. The round trip is 28 km long with a positive difference in altitude of 1130 m. Ready to pedal in the 3 Valleys this summer?
