Our advice before going on a hike

It is essential to be properly equipped: good walking shoes, a cap or hat to avoid sunstroke, sunglasses and sunscreen are de rigueur. Don't forget a water bottle filled with water as well as a snack for a snack break in front of the Tarentaise valley. Also ask about the weather before you leave, as the weather in the mountains changes quickly.
